Recorded message in english and chinese. A lot of static in the message. They claim to have tried to contact me multiple times. Something about a document, but it's hard to hear through the static and distortion.

I got a text from this number pretending to be from easypark and saying I had an outstanding balance, and if I didn't pay by the end of the day I'd owe them $150. They sent me a link to pay through (which I didn't use) and when I called the number it said it was a German number (I'm in Australia)
